姚文兵 ,教授,男,博士生導(dǎo)師,中國藥科大學(xué)副校長

主要經(jīng)歷
1962年6月生,1983年畢業(yè)于中國藥科大學(xué)生物制藥專業(yè),后獲碩士、博士學(xué)位。1990年研究生畢業(yè)后留校任教。
自留校任教以來,一直從事教學(xué)、科研和管理工作?,F(xiàn)任中國藥科大學(xué)微生物與生化藥學(xué)教授(博士生導(dǎo)師)、中國藥科大學(xué)副校長。兼任國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局藥品、保健食品評(píng)審委員,國家發(fā)改委藥品價(jià)格決策專家委員會(huì)委員,中國生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)會(huì)工業(yè)化專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,教育部高職高專藥品類專業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)主任委員,教育部高等學(xué)校藥學(xué)專業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)分委員會(huì)秘書長,全國高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)會(huì)副秘書長,全國高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)會(huì)藥學(xué)教育研究會(huì)副理事長兼秘書長,《藥物生物技術(shù)》副主編,《藥學(xué)教育》常務(wù)副主編,《中國藥學(xué)年鑒》、《中國藥科大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》等雜志編委。

主要科研工作簡介
主要從事的研究領(lǐng)域
多肽、蛋白質(zhì)類藥物的分子改構(gòu)(包括基于基因密碼子擴(kuò)展的分子改構(gòu))和定點(diǎn)修飾研究以及生物新藥的研制。

課題資助情況
在以上研究領(lǐng)域已主持完成了國家科技重大專項(xiàng)課題、國家863項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、教育部重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、江蘇省重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等國家及省部級(jí)課題26項(xiàng)。目前正主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家科技重大專項(xiàng)課題、博士點(diǎn)基金、江蘇省科技創(chuàng)新與成果轉(zhuǎn)化專項(xiàng)等項(xiàng)目7項(xiàng)。

完成的主要科研工作及獲獎(jiǎng)情況
長期從事多肽、蛋白質(zhì)類藥物的分子改構(gòu)(包括基于基因密碼子擴(kuò)展的分子改構(gòu))和定點(diǎn)修飾研究以及生物新藥的研制,圍繞多肽和蛋白質(zhì)藥物的分子改構(gòu)及其在創(chuàng)新藥物中應(yīng)用開展系列研究,1)建立了與國際前沿同步的非天然氨基酸定點(diǎn)改構(gòu)技術(shù)體系;2)建立了多肽、蛋白質(zhì)類藥物修飾技術(shù)平臺(tái)和質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系,3)開展長效多肽、蛋白質(zhì)類創(chuàng)新藥物研究,完成了PEG—ED、PEG2—IFNcon 等長效蛋白質(zhì)類藥物和長效多肽類藥物的臨床前研究。在該領(lǐng)域主持國家“重大新藥創(chuàng)制”科技重大專項(xiàng)、國家“863”項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金等國家級(jí)及省部級(jí)課題26項(xiàng);帶領(lǐng)的科研團(tuán)隊(duì)獲得江蘇省“青藍(lán)工程”科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)。近五年,獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利10項(xiàng),發(fā)表科研論文72篇,SCI論文37篇,出版著作5部。
榮獲國家級(jí)教學(xué)名師,入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”,江蘇省“333高層次人才培養(yǎng)工程”第二層次培養(yǎng)對(duì)象,江蘇省“六大人才高峰”,獲全國高校優(yōu)秀青年教師獎(jiǎng)(教育部霍英東教育基金會(huì)),江蘇省優(yōu)秀教育工作者等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。為國家優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)帶頭人,國家精品課程《藥學(xué)生物化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)》課程負(fù)責(zé)人,獲國家級(jí)教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)、國家級(jí)教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),獲江蘇省教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)特等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)、江蘇省教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。獲江蘇省科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。
