苑立波,男,1962年11月生,桂林電子科技大學教授,博士,博士生導師。光子科學與技術研究中心主任。中國光學學會理事;國際光纖傳感器學術會議(OFS-25)TPC共主席;中國光學學會纖維光學與集成光學專業(yè)委員會副主任,常務委員;中國光學學會光電技術專業(yè)委員會副主任,常務委員;中國光學工程學會光纖傳感技術專家工作委員會暨中國光纖傳感技術及產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟常務副主席;國家自然科學基金委員會第十三屆信息科學部專家評審組成員;國家科學技術獎評審專家。??2003年畢業(yè)于香港理工大學,獲博士學位。1995-1997年在美國新澤西理工學院訪問研究員,2011年,在日本東京大學訪問研究員。1997年獲國務院政府特殊津貼。2002年,獲教育部第三屆高校優(yōu)秀青年教師獎。2006年,入選“新世紀百千萬人才工程”國家級人選。?????? ?主持了國家重大科學儀器設備開發(fā)專項,國家973前期專項,國防863項目,科技部國際合作重大項目,國家自然科學基金重點項目、重大項目(課題)、儀器專項等30多個項目。發(fā)表被SCI收錄的學術論文160余篇。獲得國家發(fā)明技術授權專利100余項、國際授權專利1項。出版學術專著3部。 ??獲得黑龍江省自然科學一等獎、科技進步二等獎各一項(均排名第一)
