[個人簡述]
2000年在中國科學(xué)院獲博士學(xué)位,隨后在新加坡國立大學(xué)生物系從事博士后研究。2003 年8月被新加坡國立大學(xué)腫瘤研究所聘為Research Scientist。2005年9月回國任四川大學(xué)生物治療國家重點實驗室教授。國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者(2012);國家重大科學(xué)研究計劃(973計劃) “病毒誘導(dǎo)腫瘤發(fā)生的氧化還原蛋白質(zhì)組研究”項目首席科學(xué)家(2013-2017);教育部長江學(xué)者特聘教授(2013、2014)。中國生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)會蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)專業(yè)委員會委員;國際學(xué)術(shù)刊物 Proteomics、 Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy 編委委員。
回國以來以通訊作者在 Mol Cell Proteomics (5篇)、Gastroenterology、Cancer Res (封面論文)、Autophagy (3篇)、Cell Death Differ、 Oncotarget、J Cell Sci、J Infect Dis、Carcinogenesis、J Biol Chem 等學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇,其中30篇論文影響因子大于5.0,被引用1400余次。受邀請在 Mass Spectrom Rev、Med Res Rev、Expert Rev Proteomics (5篇) 等國際學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表多篇關(guān)于系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)前沿綜述;作為客座編輯出版一期 Comb Chem High Throughput Screen (2012)。受邀請在“The 2nd Proteomics Symposium on Inflammation and Cancer”(2014/05 廣州)、“Asia Oceania Human Proteome Organization (AOHUPO) 8th Congress”(2013/09 重慶)、“The 18th Annual Lorne Proteomics Symposium”(2013/02 Lorne, Australia)、“CSH Asia/ICMS腫瘤微環(huán)境聯(lián)合會議”(2012/11 蘇州)、“Asia Oceania Human Proteome Organization (AOHUPO) 6th Congress”(2012/05 北京)、“第一屆自噬生物學(xué)與疾病國際研討會”(2015/06 北京)做大會特邀(主題)報告。
