江西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)國(guó)際教育交流與合作概況 正文

江西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)作為教育部批準(zhǔn)的首批有資格接收外國(guó)留學(xué)生和臺(tái)港澳學(xué)生的高等院校之一，自1993年以來(lái)，共接收來(lái)自印度、巴基斯坦、尼泊爾、馬來(lái)西亞、瑞典、韓國(guó)、日本、敘利亞、法國(guó)、澳大利亞、保加利亞、美國(guó)等國(guó)家以及臺(tái)港澳地區(qū)的近兩千名長(zhǎng)短期境外學(xué)生。多年來(lái)，我校留學(xué)生規(guī)模和教學(xué)管理水平一直穩(wěn)居江西省前列，2009年獲得全國(guó)來(lái)華留學(xué)生教育與管理工作先進(jìn)集體榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)，并連續(xù)四年獲得全省留學(xué)生教育先進(jìn)單位表彰。2013至2014年，先后獲批教育部對(duì)港免試招生資格以及中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金院校資格。
江西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)先后在瑞典、保加利亞、澳大利亞、馬來(lái)西亞、印度、巴西、香港、臺(tái)灣等國(guó)家和地區(qū)設(shè)立了境外中醫(yī)藥本科教學(xué)點(diǎn)，與20多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的科學(xué)研究、醫(yī)療教育機(jī)構(gòu)保持長(zhǎng)期友好往來(lái)與合作。近年來(lái)，我校在中外合作辦學(xué)，招收國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)生聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)方面也取得了一定的成果。2011年，學(xué)校與美國(guó)托馬斯大學(xué)聯(lián)合舉辦護(hù)理學(xué)專業(yè)本科教學(xué)。2014年，學(xué)校與英國(guó)波爾頓大學(xué)合作舉辦市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)本科教學(xué)項(xiàng)目獲批。2015年，學(xué)校與韓國(guó)世明大學(xué)聯(lián)合申辦的首個(gè)孔子學(xué)院在韓國(guó)世明大學(xué)揭牌運(yùn)營(yíng)。
國(guó)際教育學(xué)院前身為成立于2002年的國(guó)際交流部，2003年更名為國(guó)際教育學(xué)院，是以來(lái)華留學(xué)、出國(guó)留學(xué)、境外辦學(xué)以及涉外培訓(xùn)為主體業(yè)務(wù)的涉外教育學(xué)院。經(jīng)過(guò)十多年的發(fā)展，學(xué)院構(gòu)建了完善的留學(xué)生教育教學(xué)與管理機(jī)構(gòu)，打造了一支專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理和經(jīng)驗(yàn)較豐富的管理隊(duì)伍。與此同時(shí)，經(jīng)過(guò)多年的對(duì)外教學(xué)實(shí)踐，學(xué)院培養(yǎng)了一批對(duì)外教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的教師，能用英語(yǔ)、法語(yǔ)、韓語(yǔ)、日語(yǔ)等多種語(yǔ)言授課，并能運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的遠(yuǎn)程多媒體開(kāi)展教學(xué)活動(dòng)。

BriefIntroduction of International Education, Exchange and Cooperation

JiangxiUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been approved by the Ministry ofEducation as one of the first 200 higher learning institutes eligible to admitstudents from foreign countries and Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. Since 1993 ouruniversity has received nearly two thousand long and shortterm students from foreign countries including India, Pakistan, Nepal,Malaysia, Sweden, South Korea, Japan, Syria, France, Australia, Bulgaria, USA,etc and from regions of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. For years, our universityhas been taking the lead province wide in terms of the number and educationquality of international students. Since 2009, our university has been awardedas an advanced unit for international education of Jiangxi Province for fourconsecutive years. Also in 2009, our university was awarded as an advancedgroup for the education of foreign students by the Ministry of Education. In2013 and 2014, our university was approved respectively to accept students fromHong Kong without requiring entrance examinations and students of ChineseGovernment Scholarship Program.
We haveestablished collaborative bachelor programs in TCM with the colleges anduniversities in Sweden, Bulgaria, Australia, Malaysia, India, Brazil, Hong Kong,and Taiwan, and have developedfriendly and cooperative relationship with medical and educational institutionsin over 20 countries and regions. In recent years our university hasachieved some progress in the field of Sino-foreign collaborative education andsigned agreements on nursing bachelor or junior college level program withuniversities in USA and Philippine. In 2011, the university and ThomasUniversity jointly established a nursing bachelor program; in 2014, themarketing bachelor program in collaboration with University of Bolton wasapproved; in 2015, the first Confucius institute of the university, Confucius Instituteat Semyung University, opened in Korea.
InternationalEducation College, established in 2002, formerlynamed International Exchange Department and renamed International EducationCollege in 2003, is committed to promoting international education, cooperationand exchange affairs with foreign countries and Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.Its major responsibilities include international exchanges and cooperation;enrollment, education and management of international students and studentsfrom Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao; English training andother foreign affairs. Our college boasts a complete organization for foreign affairsas well as education and training of international students, and is equippedwith a professionally well-structured and experienced management team. Throughyears of practice, International Education College is experienced in teachingthe international students in different foreign languages including English,French, Korean and Japanese. Advanced Tele-education combined with multimediahas also been adopted in teaching.
