李燕,女,博士,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。中國解剖學(xué)會(huì)及浙江省解剖學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員?,F(xiàn)在寧波大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院組織學(xué)與胚胎學(xué)系從事教學(xué)與科研工作。分別于吉林醫(yī)學(xué)院、北華大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院和汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院,獲臨床醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)士、人體解剖學(xué)與組織胚胎學(xué)碩士及病理學(xué)與病理生理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。
近年來以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文30余篇,其中SCI收錄20篇;主持省部級科研項(xiàng)目4項(xiàng)、市廳級科研項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng);申請國家發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng);獲市級科學(xué)進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng);已主編或副主編參與編寫教材4部;指導(dǎo)寧波大學(xué)“學(xué)生科研創(chuàng)新計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng);作為指導(dǎo)教師獲第十屆“挑戰(zhàn)杯”聚暉廣東大學(xué)生課外學(xué)術(shù)科技作品二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。為多個(gè)國家核心期刊及國際SCI雜志如Pediatr.Int.、Environ.Monit.Assess.等的審稿專家。
主要研究方向:(1)炎癥與自身免疫性疾病研究:采用多種動(dòng)物模型研究哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等炎癥性疾病的發(fā)病與治療學(xué)相關(guān)機(jī)制;類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎和多發(fā)性硬化癥等自身免疫性疾病的炎癥調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制;與臨床合作進(jìn)行臨床基礎(chǔ)研究。特別是IFN-λs、IL-38/39/36等細(xì)胞因子與樹突狀細(xì)胞、調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞的作用。研究目標(biāo)為將上述研究轉(zhuǎn)化為臨床應(yīng)用。(2)腫瘤研究:采用多種手段和模型研究抗腫瘤免疫、腫瘤免疫逃逸的細(xì)胞和分子機(jī)制以及腫瘤侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移的細(xì)胞和分子機(jī)制。通過以上研究,希望發(fā)展新的抗腫瘤藥物。
