邵楓教授:浙江大學(xué)博士,為國家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金獲得者(2016)、浙江省“新世紀(jì)151 人才工程”第三層次培養(yǎng)人員(2011)、寧波市領(lǐng)軍和拔尖人才工程第二層次培養(yǎng)人員(2015)、寧波大學(xué)首批“浙東青年學(xué)者”,中國電子學(xué)會(huì)青年科學(xué)家俱樂部多媒體技術(shù)與虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)專委會(huì)委員、中國圖象圖形學(xué)會(huì)青年工作委員會(huì)通訊委員,擔(dān)任PLOS ONE (SCI期刊)編委。近年來主要圍繞三維視頻系統(tǒng)的采集、編碼、顯示等核心環(huán)節(jié)的高效表示與處理問題進(jìn)行深入探索研究,提出針對(duì)三維視頻數(shù)據(jù)的感知、編碼和評(píng)價(jià)模型,取得系列創(chuàng)新性研究成果。先后負(fù)責(zé)承擔(dān)3項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金、教育部博士點(diǎn)基金等科研項(xiàng)目。發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇,包括以第一作者發(fā)表國際權(quán)威期刊IEEE Trans./Journal(IEEE TIP、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TMM, IEEE CSVT)論文20篇。授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利40余項(xiàng),其中4項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利成功實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓。研究成果獲得浙江省科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)、教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、浙江省自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)等科研成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。主要研究方向?yàn)槎嗝襟w信號(hào)處理與通信、三維視頻信號(hào)處理與壓縮、圖像與視頻質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)等。
