張德民,博士,寧波大學(xué)海洋學(xué)院教授、博導(dǎo)。中國微生物生態(tài)學(xué)會副主任、中國海洋微生物學(xué)會理事,浙江省海洋學(xué)會常務(wù)理事。主要從事微生物生態(tài)學(xué)和微生物資源分類學(xué)研究。主要研究興趣:1. 基于微生物-環(huán)境-生態(tài)系統(tǒng)三者關(guān)系揭示近海污染水域細(xì)菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)、功能及其動態(tài)演替規(guī)律,試圖建立一個(gè)可應(yīng)用于近岸海洋環(huán)境質(zhì)量及生態(tài)健康評價(jià)的微生態(tài)效應(yīng)指標(biāo)體系;2. 研究養(yǎng)殖病害預(yù)測和生態(tài)調(diào)控技術(shù)及相關(guān)微生物資源開發(fā)。
國家海洋863主題項(xiàng)目(海洋環(huán)境高通量檢測技術(shù)研究)首席專家;作為主要承擔(dān)人員參加國家863課題(封閉式循環(huán)水養(yǎng)殖高效生物凈化系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究)、科技部科技資源平臺項(xiàng)目(養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境微生物菌種資源標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化整理、整合)、教育部創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)等課題研究;主持國家基金(1,對蝦病害發(fā)生的微生物生態(tài)機(jī)理機(jī)制研究;2.弧菌基因組16S rRNA基因拷貝數(shù)和異化與其環(huán)境適應(yīng)性關(guān)系研究)、教育部重點(diǎn)基金(光合細(xì)菌菌劑調(diào)控養(yǎng)殖水質(zhì)機(jī)理研究)及浙江省基金人才項(xiàng)目(養(yǎng)殖池塘微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)及其演替的分子生態(tài)學(xué)研究)等國家、省部級項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。以第一或通訊作者在Environ Microbiol, Sci Rep, Environ Pollut, App Environ Microb, Ecolo Indic, App Microbiol Biot,Microbiol Ecol, Mar Pollut Bull, J Biotechnol, Intl J Syst Evol Micr,生態(tài)學(xué)報(bào)、水產(chǎn)學(xué)報(bào)、微生物學(xué)報(bào)等雜志上發(fā)表論文40余篇,其中SCITop期刊或影響因子3.0以上期刊論文十余篇。
