[個人簡述]
陳海明，博士，副教授，碩士生導師，2003年與2006年分別獲得天津大學計算機專業(yè)工學學士和碩士學位，2010年獲得中國科學院計算技術研究所工學博士學位，畢業(yè)后留所任助理研究員，2015年10月至2016年10月在美國威廉瑪麗學院（公立常青藤名校之一）計算機系作訪問學者，2017年5月以寧波大學“學術骨干”高層次人才引進到信息學院計算機系工作。連續(xù)多年任中國計算機學會物聯(lián)網（傳感網）專業(yè)委員會秘書，多個國際重要學術會議（如IEEE ICPADS、EAI COLLABORATECOM、INSTICC SENSORNETS、CCF CWSN等）的技術程序委員會委員（TPC），以及多個國際和國內學術期刊（如ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, Elsevier Computer Network, 計算機學報等）的評審專家。主要從事網絡協(xié)議設計與性能評價、計算系統(tǒng)設計與性能優(yōu)化方向的研究，近年來的研究課題主要工作集中在智能感知互聯(lián)與物聯(lián)網系統(tǒng)、移動與泛在計算系統(tǒng)、云與邊緣協(xié)同計算等領域。主持和主要參與完成了國家自然科學基金、國家科技重大專項課題和國家973計劃項目課題等多個國家級重要課題，已在計算機領域國際頂級和知名學術期刊（如IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing、 IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems、IEEE Internet of Things Journal等），國內權威期刊（如計算機學報、軟件學報、計算機研究與發(fā)展、中國科學、中國通信等）及國內外會議上共發(fā)表論文50篇（其中SCI/EI 索引40多篇），Google Scholar統(tǒng)計論文被引超過900次，CNKI統(tǒng)計論文最高被下載超過21000次，并獲得了6項國家發(fā)明專利授權，2項國家軟件著作權登記，2013年度北京市科學技術獎三等獎。
