  1996年、1999年、2003年獲得清華大學(xué)學(xué)士、碩士和博士學(xué)位(清華大學(xué)優(yōu)秀博士論文一等獎(jiǎng))。1999年留校任教,2008年獲得博生指導(dǎo)教師資格, 2013年晉升清華大學(xué)電機(jī)系教授。IEEE Senior Member, 中國電機(jī)工程學(xué)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)員。入選教育部新世紀(jì)人才計(jì)劃,首屆中國電機(jī)工程杰出青年工程師獎(jiǎng)獲得者。作為技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人開發(fā)了國內(nèi)首套現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用的在線動(dòng)態(tài)安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)、多調(diào)控中心廣域分布式DTS。研發(fā)了基于FDNE的機(jī)電-電磁暫態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)混合仿真平臺(tái)大幅度提高了交直流混聯(lián)電網(wǎng)的仿真精度,在南方電網(wǎng)得到應(yīng)用。主持研發(fā)了基于分層模型預(yù)測(cè)控制的風(fēng)電魯棒調(diào)度模型及“調(diào)度中心-風(fēng)電場(chǎng)”協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng),在吉林電網(wǎng)完成了示范工程,被鑒定為該領(lǐng)域重大標(biāo)志性成果。創(chuàng)建了基于回路分析的配電網(wǎng)分析與優(yōu)化方法體系,研發(fā)的配電管理系統(tǒng)在多個(gè)城市電網(wǎng)應(yīng)用,部分專利技術(shù)被日立公司購買,長園集團(tuán)資助建立了“清華-長園深瑞智能配電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化聯(lián)合研究所”(任所長)。作為核心骨干研發(fā)的電網(wǎng)能量管理系統(tǒng)在23個(gè)省的70個(gè)地級(jí)以上電網(wǎng)應(yīng)用。主持了4項(xiàng)國家自然基金、2項(xiàng)國際合作項(xiàng)目、1項(xiàng)973項(xiàng)目子課題(清華方負(fù)責(zé)人)、1項(xiàng)863專題子課題,2項(xiàng)科技支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目子課題(清華方負(fù)責(zé)人)和20多項(xiàng)橫向項(xiàng)目。發(fā)表論文SCI/EI 收錄論文200余篇,其中SCI 論文37篇,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利64項(xiàng), 主編和合著3本。獲得國家科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),省部級(jí)二等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng),三等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。
