  研究方向:植物生理生態(tài)學(xué)、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)管理
  科研簡(jiǎn)介在植物生理生態(tài)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,揭示了氣孔阻力監(jiān)測(cè)大氣TSP污染的機(jī)制;對(duì)由CO2濃度和溫度升高引起的植物生理生態(tài)變化進(jìn)行了大量的實(shí)驗(yàn),測(cè)定國內(nèi)外近300種植物的光合作用與水分利用特征。對(duì)由CO2、O3濃度、溫度升高引起的植物生理生態(tài)響應(yīng)進(jìn)行了大量實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。發(fā)現(xiàn)半干旱區(qū)豆科植物存在與C4植物類似的高光合特征;揭示了小麥等作物品種更替過程中光合等生理生態(tài)特征的變化,指出產(chǎn)量與單葉光合速率存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系;氣孔開度提高是造成現(xiàn)代品種O3敏感度增加的主要原因。
  在國內(nèi)外發(fā)表論文共224篇(部),其中CSCD以上論文164篇,SCI收錄論文74篇(58篇為第一作者或通訊作者),參與編寫專著8部。以第一作者身份發(fā)表在Trees上文章被著名學(xué)者W. Larcher主編教科書《Physiological Plant Ecology》引用;發(fā)表論文被包括《Nature》在內(nèi)的SCI刊物引用155次, CSCD引用1986次。在渾善達(dá)克退化沙地草地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)試驗(yàn)示范重大項(xiàng)目研究中,取得了顯著的生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益,溫家寶、回良玉、韓啟德等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分別做出過批示;《Science》317: 314-316報(bào)道了該試驗(yàn)效果。主編了國內(nèi)第一本教科書《植物生理生態(tài)學(xué)》。提出的“以地養(yǎng)地”、“以自然力恢復(fù)”、“畜南下、禽北上”等退化生態(tài)系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)理論得到社會(huì)廣泛認(rèn)可。渾善達(dá)克案例進(jìn)入美國南加州大學(xué)N. Pipkin, D.D. Trent, R. Lazlett & P. Bierman教授編寫的環(huán)境專業(yè)類大學(xué)教科書《Geology and the Environment》《Geology and the Environment》(第6版, pp 407~408)。
  目前研究興趣:農(nóng)村環(huán)境保護(hù)、循環(huán)型生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、農(nóng)村新能源開發(fā)、耕地碳固定等。用“大農(nóng)業(yè)”思路指導(dǎo)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,建立完善的生態(tài)循環(huán)鏈,在修復(fù)農(nóng)田環(huán)境污染的過程中穩(wěn)步提升農(nóng)業(yè)地位,科學(xué)解決三農(nóng)問題,讓農(nóng)村重新煥發(fā)生機(jī)。
