山東農業(yè)大學食品科學與工程學院導師徐志祥 正文


  徐志祥,男,博士,副教授,碩士生導師,山東農業(yè)大學“1512工程”第二層次人才。一直從事食品安全檢測方面的教學、科研工作。兼任中國食品科學技術學會青年工作委員會委員、山東省食品學會副秘書長、美國食品科學技術學會會員、泰安市營養(yǎng)學會理事、泰安市食品安全事故應急處置專家,泰安市農產品質量安全專家顧問咨詢團成員。是國外多種刊物如Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Journal of Immunological Methods的審稿人。
  講授主要課程
  主要承擔研究生《食品安全科學》、《食品安全新型檢測技術》、《食品加工與安全領域專題討論》、《食品安全檢測新技術進展》、《食品質量安全與管理》及本科生《食品安全科學》、《食品安全科學概論》等課程的教學工作。
  科研方向
  1.食品中有毒有害殘留物分析新型樣品前處理技術(仿生吸附);
  2.食品安全高靈敏快速檢測技術研究(色譜、毛細管電泳、免疫分析、流動注射化學發(fā)光、仿生傳感器);
  3.食品加工過程中有毒有害物質的產生機理、安全控制理論與技術研究;
  4.分子印跡仿生吸附在食品活性成分提取中的應用研究;
  5.農藥殘留微生物降解研究。
