  德國明斯特大學微生物系博士,2001年被聘為德國開姆尼茨工業(yè)大學生物工程系課題組負責人。2004年回國任山東大學微生物技術(shù)國家重點實驗室教授,博士生導師;山東大學國家糖工程中心研究員。教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才?!渡锕こ虒W報》編輯,生物化學學會復合糖專業(yè)委員會委員。現(xiàn)在主持國家自然科學基金,教育部重點項目,國家863項目, 973子項目等多項。在包括《Applied Environmental Microbiology》,《Journal of Biological Chemistry》,《FEMS Microbiology Letters》 在內(nèi)的國際著名學術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,總被引用次數(shù)250多次。獲得專利2項,申請4項。
  講授酶學,糖生物學和代謝工程課程,2009年擬招收微生物學和發(fā)酵工程博士2人。
  
  研究方向
  1.通過代謝途徑的建立和改造實現(xiàn)生物基化學品及生物可降解聚合物的合成。通過改造微生物的代謝,在重組大腸桿菌中生產(chǎn)重要工業(yè)產(chǎn)品,主要包括聚羥基脂肪酸、琥珀酸等有機酸。
  2.通過改造微生物表達系統(tǒng)來生產(chǎn)糖基化改造的人源化糖蛋白和抗體以及稀有糖類;利用代謝工程合成小分子糖藥物。藥物的環(huán)糊精,脂質(zhì)體包裹及運輸。
  3.建立微生物生物合成代謝的調(diào)控方法。通過全調(diào)控實現(xiàn)微生物(主要是大腸桿菌和酵母)抗性的提高及表達代謝能力的提高。研究微生物代謝的機理。
