機(jī)械工程學(xué)院教授,主要從事微納米尺度流體力學(xué)及傳熱,微納米氣液潤(rùn)滑理論,計(jì)算機(jī)硬盤(pán)頭盤(pán)界面動(dòng)力學(xué),微納米加工技術(shù),微機(jī)電系統(tǒng)(MEMS)器件,大規(guī)模數(shù)值計(jì)算等研究.實(shí)驗(yàn)室擁有一流的高性能并行計(jì)算平臺(tái),及成套微納米加工設(shè)備.
