  簡(jiǎn)歷:
  生于1964年12月,河南省鄭州市人。1983.9-1987.6,在鄭州大學(xué)化學(xué)系學(xué)習(xí),獲得理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;1996.1-1997.1,在英國(guó)READING大學(xué)留學(xué),主要從事天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)研究;2001.9-2004.6,在鄭州大學(xué)化學(xué)系攻讀博士學(xué)位;2000-2005,鄭州大學(xué)化學(xué)系副教授;2005年至今,鄭州大學(xué)化學(xué)系教授;2006.8-2007.2,作為高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者,在美國(guó)南加州大學(xué)化學(xué)藥學(xué)系進(jìn)行合作科研。

  主要研究領(lǐng)域:
  化學(xué)生物學(xué)、有機(jī)磷化學(xué)和天然藥物化學(xué)。近幾年來(lái),系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展了化學(xué)生物學(xué)、天然藥物化學(xué)、有機(jī)磷化學(xué)等方面的研究,在藥物結(jié)構(gòu)改造和小分子與大分子相互作用方面開(kāi)展了出色的工作, 合成了系列磷?;S酮化合物,并用熒光與ESI質(zhì)譜法研究比較了黃酮及其磷?;a(chǎn)物與蛋白的相互作用,并對(duì)改造的有機(jī)磷小分子化合物活性進(jìn)行了研究,探討了磷?;S酮抗腫瘤作用及其機(jī)理。與美國(guó)南加州大學(xué)藥學(xué)化學(xué)系進(jìn)行合作開(kāi)展雙膦熒光標(biāo)記物的合成和作用機(jī)理的研究。相關(guān)的研究成果已發(fā)表在“Bioconjugate Chem.”, “Anal. Chem.” ,“Bioorg. Med. Chem.”, “Phosphorus, Sulfur Silicon Relat. Elem.” “J. Chin. Chem. Soc.”等國(guó)內(nèi)外知名雜志上,“Anal. Chem.”上相關(guān)內(nèi)容被 “Chem. Rev.”, “Nat. Prod. Rep.”, “J. Am. Soc. Mass Spectr.” 等引用,其中Chem. Rev. 用專門的段落對(duì)此項(xiàng)有意義的工作給予介紹。已經(jīng)發(fā)表國(guó)內(nèi)外論文40余篇,其中SCI 20余篇。

  獲獎(jiǎng)情況:
  1、聚維酮碘泡騰片的研制與開(kāi)發(fā),2000年河南省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng);
  2、富馬酸福莫特羅原料藥的合成方法研究,2000年通過(guò)科學(xué)技術(shù)廳鑒定;
  3、聚維酮碘泡騰片消毒殺菌劑的研制,2001年通過(guò)科學(xué)技術(shù)廳鑒定;
  4、聯(lián)苯類化合物的合成方法、反應(yīng)機(jī)理、相關(guān)化合物合成,2006年河南省科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)。
