  研究興趣:
  生物熒光分子探針:過渡金屬及重金屬廣泛地存在于自然界中,其中的一些元素在生命過程中具有非常重要的功能,如已知銅在腫瘤血管生長因子中扮演非常重要的調節(jié)作用,鋅廣泛參與細胞生長發(fā)育、基因轉錄、神經傳遞等各種重要生命過程;而另外一些元素則在很低濃度時就對生物具有極強的毒性,如鉛能引起消化系統(tǒng)、神經系統(tǒng)及心臟的病變,汞對腎功能會引起嚴重損傷。因此,這些物質的檢測對生命、環(huán)境和醫(yī)學科學以及工農業(yè)生產等具有重要的意義。
  課題研究具有高靈敏性、快速響應、高空間分辨率的熒光分子探針,探討探針的識別機制,用無損傷細胞的方法測定細胞內游離金屬的濃度,研究某種能夠通透細胞膜的金屬探針試劑,并在細胞內與金屬離子發(fā)生作用等,可望用于細胞內的分子熒光成像。
  功能高分子材料、熒光高分子:研究特殊結構高分子(超支化高分子、樹枝狀高分子、溫敏高分子、pH敏感高分子)的熒光響應、能量傳遞、生物模擬以及高分子結構與熒光相互作用的規(guī)律。這方面研究期望用于人造太陽能光收集、熒光離子捕獲、熒光染料以及生物標記與藥物輸運領域。
