溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)基因組醫(yī)學(xué)研究院孫中生教授(院長)課題組基于國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和十三五規(guī)劃(“腦科學(xué)與類腦研究”,“加速推進基因組學(xué)等生物技術(shù)大規(guī)模應(yīng)用”),主要利用基因組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)、表觀遺傳學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)等研究手段從事復(fù)雜疾病、特別是神經(jīng)精神類疾?。ɡ?,孤獨癥、智力低下)和癌癥的遺傳學(xué)機制研究。本課題組經(jīng)費充足,已經(jīng)申請到多個國家級課題,具有各種生物學(xué)實驗平臺、生物信息學(xué)分析平臺、具有良好的發(fā)展前景??茖W(xué)研究上,本課題組在導(dǎo)師和學(xué)生的共同努力下,取得了多項突破性成功:
1、首次發(fā)現(xiàn)并報道節(jié)律基因PER1和PER2;
2、開發(fā)二代測序可視化工具MagicViewer和SplicingViewer,普通電腦可完成大數(shù)據(jù)可視化;
3、開發(fā)MicroRNA在線分析工具,被評為業(yè)內(nèi)最準確的工具之一;
4、通過全外顯子測序鑒定到中國第一個孤獨癥致病基因ANK3;
5、通過高通量測序鑒定肌萎縮側(cè)索硬化癥致病基因SOD1;
6、開發(fā)了第一款全面的在線的甲基化分析軟件RRBS-Analyser;
7、開發(fā)了癲癇相關(guān)突變與基因數(shù)據(jù)庫EpilepsyGene;
8、開發(fā)了第一款在線分析新生突變的工具mirTrios;
9、基于新生突變,首先系統(tǒng)分析神經(jīng)精神疾病的共有基因和通路,并開發(fā)NPdenovo數(shù)據(jù)庫;
10、開發(fā)低起始量,單精度的DNA甲基化圖譜的實驗與分析方法MBRidge;
11、開發(fā)單細胞DNA甲基化圖譜的實驗與分析方法Q-RRBS;
12、開發(fā)第一款RNA結(jié)合蛋白調(diào)控數(shù)據(jù)庫RBP-Var;
13、首次使用全基因組測序分析中國自閉癥患者突變圖譜;
14、首次鑒定到多個自閉癥新基因并進行了深入的分子機制研究;
15、開發(fā)相關(guān)致病基因信息的功能注釋平臺EpiDenovo;
16、開發(fā)節(jié)律表達和調(diào)控數(shù)據(jù)庫CirGRDB;
17、開發(fā)人類基因變異與臨床信息整合數(shù)據(jù)庫VarCards。
本課題組在Cell, Molecular Psychiatry, PNAS, Nucleic Acids Research, Journal of Molecular Cell Biology, Genetics in Medicine等國際權(quán)威雜志發(fā)表論文。

導(dǎo)師介紹:
孫中生教授簡介如下:
博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,中國遺傳學(xué)會表觀遺傳專業(yè)委員會主任, Hormones and Behavior雜志編委。1982年北京大學(xué)學(xué)士;1992年美國德克薩斯A&M大學(xué)博士;1993-1998年先后在德克薩斯大學(xué)安德生癌癥研究中心放射治療系、貝勒醫(yī)學(xué)院分子人類遺傳學(xué)系做博士后;1998-1999年任路易斯安那州立大學(xué)神經(jīng)科學(xué)中心助理教授、主任助理,同時任生物化學(xué)和遺傳系助理教授;1999-2005年在美國康奈爾大學(xué)任助理教授,威爾醫(yī)學(xué)院特護醫(yī)學(xué)實驗室主任;2005-2010年在中國科學(xué)院心理研究所行為遺傳學(xué)中心任研究員,2010年至今任北京生科院研究員。1997年,榮獲Science雜志十大科學(xué)突破,2006年入選中科院“百人計劃”,并入選“新世紀百千萬人才工程”。
學(xué)生待遇:
1、每月發(fā)放不低于1300元的生活補貼;
2、所有在讀研究生均享受8000-10000元/年的助學(xué)金,可抵消全部學(xué)費;
3、研究生期間,學(xué)生均有自己獨立負責(zé)的課題,同時參與、合作課題組其他相關(guān)課題;

4.吃苦耐勞,有探索精神,對生命科學(xué)研究有濃厚興趣;
5.有計算機操作、編程基礎(chǔ)者或者相關(guān)生物實驗經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
6.碩士畢業(yè)后有意向繼續(xù)深造者優(yōu)先;
