  研究方向

  本研究組以青藏高原為主的中國西部高山生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為研究對象,采用野外樣方調(diào)查、移除實驗等生態(tài)學(xué)方法,結(jié)合高通量測序、定量PCR,宏基因組等分子生物學(xué)手段,運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,隨機森林等統(tǒng)計學(xué)模型以及基于主體的計算機模擬模型等數(shù)據(jù)分析與預(yù)測技術(shù),系統(tǒng)研究

  1)墊狀植物的保育作用對高山生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生物多樣性與生態(tài)系統(tǒng)功能的影響,及其在高山生態(tài)系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)與可持續(xù)性發(fā)展中的作用;

  2)青藏高原保育植物和化感植物對以微生物,線蟲為代表的土壤生物群系的生物多樣性,食物網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)以及功能的影響差異及其機制;

  3)土壤微生物間的拮抗作用與抗性反應(yīng)的分子機理與生理學(xué)特性,及其對微生物種間直接間接關(guān)系與群落構(gòu)建的影響
