  研究方向

  微絲骨架(actin cytoskeleton)是遍布于一切真核細(xì)胞中的三維網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),占植物總蛋白的15-20%,在維持細(xì)胞形態(tài)、參與細(xì)胞運(yùn)動、胞質(zhì)分裂和極性建立等重要細(xì)胞生理活動中起著決定性的作用。微絲骨架的動態(tài)變化是其行使各種生理功能的基礎(chǔ),而該過程則直接受到諸多微絲結(jié)合蛋白和不同信號分子的調(diào)控。本課題組以模式作物擬南芥為材料,主要開展如下研究工作:

  1. 探索植物特有的、功能未知的微絲結(jié)合蛋白;

  2. 微絲骨架參與植物花粉管極性生長的分子機(jī)理;

  3. 微絲骨架參與植物響應(yīng)各種非生物脅迫的分子機(jī)理;

  4. 植物抗逆信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)(鈣離子)。
