  學習經(jīng)歷

  工作經(jīng)歷

  武漢市新洲區(qū)人,教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才獲得者(2007年)。2005年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學干旱與草地業(yè)生教育部重點實驗室,獲生態(tài)學博士學位,并入選蘭州大學“萃英人才引進計劃”留校任教,直接被聘為副教授。2005年進入北京師范大學生態(tài)學博士后流動站(合作導師葛劍平教授),2007年受國家留學基金委全額資助公派到加拿大農(nóng)業(yè)部ECORC中心(合作導師Baoluo Ma高級研究員)和McGill大學植物系(合作導師Donald Smith教授)做博士后,2010年8月澳大利亞西澳大學訪問學者(合作導師Neil Turner教授和Kadambot Siddique教授)。2008年5月被聘為蘭州大學教授,同年11月被聘為博士生導師。

  研究方向

  主要從事作物生態(tài)學和社會生態(tài)學的教學和科研工作,包括如下:

  1)作物生態(tài)學。土壤干旱脅迫誘導植物根系產(chǎn)生根源化學信號,經(jīng)運輸系統(tǒng)長距離傳輸?shù)降厣喜糠?,降低氣孔導度,抑制蒸騰作用,從而提高植物的水分利用效率。根源化學信號包括脫落酸(ABA)、細胞分裂素(CTK)、生長素和木質部pH 值等,其中以ABA 為主的植物根源信號通路研究得最為廣泛和深入。由于干旱條件下植物根源信號反應涉及到從分子到群體的一系列復雜過程,各種信號的生理效應呈現(xiàn)交互作用、耦合發(fā)生的特點,今后的熱點領域將集中在研究交互網(wǎng)絡中合成的的關鍵物質和揭示這些物質在分子及生理水平上的作用機理上。根源化學信號研究正朝向“以分子和生理研究為基礎、不同尺度的結構和功能耦合”的方向發(fā)展。我們的努力將以旱地作物(植物)研究對象,以水分利用和產(chǎn)量形成耦合關系為目標,立足根冠通訊理論,融合作物進化理論和異速生長理論研究方法,在微觀信號交互、個體株型演變和種群特征等方面揭示旱地作物適應水分虧缺的生理生態(tài)規(guī)律以及進化機制。

  2)社會生態(tài)學。主要以資源短缺地區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)評估和管理為目標,以人與自然耦合理論(CHANS理論)為基本平臺,開展生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康度、居民生計和政策效度之間的耦合研究,構建和探尋旱區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論框架和實踐途徑。
