  學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷

  1996.10-1997.12:瑞典哥德堡大學(xué)細(xì)胞與分子生物學(xué)系,訪學(xué);

  1978.09-1981.12:蘭州大學(xué)生物系, 理學(xué)碩士;

  1975.09-1978.07:蘭州大學(xué)生物系,理學(xué)學(xué)士。

  工作經(jīng)歷

  1982.01 - 現(xiàn)在:先后在蘭州大學(xué)生科院(生物系)任助教、講師、副教授和教授,主要從事細(xì)胞與分子生物學(xué)方面的教學(xué)與研究工作。

  2001.06-2001.08:瑞典哥德堡大學(xué)細(xì)胞與分子生物學(xué)系,合作交流;

  1999.10-2000.12:瑞典哥德堡大學(xué)細(xì)胞與分子生物學(xué)系,合作交流。

  教學(xué)及指導(dǎo)研究生情況

  本科生教學(xué)

  先后為本科生講授了“細(xì)胞生物學(xué)”、“細(xì)胞生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)”、“遺傳學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)”、“細(xì)胞免疫學(xué)”、“生物顯微技術(shù)”和“細(xì)胞工程原理”等課程,其主講的“細(xì)胞生物學(xué)”被評(píng)為甘肅省高等學(xué)校精品課程。先后主持蘭州大學(xué)教務(wù)處教學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng),發(fā)表教學(xué)研究論文3篇,主編教材2部。

  研究生教學(xué)與指導(dǎo)情況

  先后為研究生開(kāi)設(shè)了“細(xì)胞工程與分子操作”、“植物分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)專(zhuān)題” 和 “細(xì)胞生物學(xué)進(jìn)展”等課程。指導(dǎo)碩士、博士研究生61人(畢業(yè)50人),目前在讀博士后1人、博士生3人、碩士生8人。

  1.植物細(xì)胞與基因工程;

  2.植物細(xì)胞耐逆機(jī)制。

  項(xiàng)目成果

  先后主持國(guó)家級(jí)、省部級(jí)和橫向研究項(xiàng)目10多項(xiàng),主持的“Knox基因在花卉植物中的遺傳導(dǎo)入” 、“T-DNA插入誘發(fā)的擬南芥莖頂端分生組織突變體相關(guān)基因的功能分析” 、“應(yīng)用蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)方法研究山黧豆的抗旱分子機(jī)制” 、“擬南芥AtHSPR新基因的耐鹽功能及其分子機(jī)理研究”等科研項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)結(jié)題。

  目前主持的在研項(xiàng)目:

  AtHSPR基因調(diào)控?cái)M南芥細(xì)胞擴(kuò)展的分子機(jī)制研究,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金(31770199),2018.1- 2021.12。

  主要參與的科研項(xiàng)目:

  新型氣體信號(hào)分子硫化氫(H2S)增強(qiáng)植物耐受水澇低氧脅迫機(jī)制的研究,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金(31670254),2017.1-2020.12。

  榮譽(yù)、獲獎(jiǎng)

  1. 2017年獲得蘭州大學(xué)萃英學(xué)院“優(yōu)秀教師”獎(jiǎng);

  2. 2013年被評(píng)為蘭州大學(xué)“巾幗標(biāo)兵”;

  3. 2012年獲得蘭州大學(xué)“隆基教學(xué)名師”獎(jiǎng);

  4. 2009年被評(píng)為蘭州大學(xué)“之德”創(chuàng)新基金優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師;

  5. 2005年主講的《細(xì)胞生物學(xué)》被評(píng)為甘肅省精品課程;

  6. 2004年被評(píng)為蘭州大學(xué)“師德標(biāo)兵”;

  7. 2003、2004年兩度被評(píng)為蘭州大學(xué)生科院“三育人”先進(jìn)個(gè)人。
