  研究方向

  1 、腦中風(fēng)后突觸結(jié)構(gòu)可塑性的細(xì)胞和分子機(jī)理。突觸是神經(jīng)元之間的連接點(diǎn),是學(xué)習(xí)和記憶的結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)。課題組主要研究方向之一是探討腦中風(fēng)后影響突觸結(jié)構(gòu)可塑性的細(xì)胞和分子機(jī)理。我們利用轉(zhuǎn)基因熒光小鼠,活體內(nèi)雙光子熒光顯微成像和內(nèi)源性光學(xué)信號(hào)成像等技術(shù),以及細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)和行為學(xué)等研究方法,嘗試揭示病理?xiàng)l件下神經(jīng)環(huán)路的改變與大腦功能恢復(fù)之間的關(guān)系。

  2、 小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞激活和增殖的調(diào)控機(jī)制。小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞是中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)具有免疫功能的細(xì)胞。在正常腦組織中,小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞處于靜息態(tài),對(duì)周圍的組織起著監(jiān)測(cè)和保護(hù)作用。在病理情況下,小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞被迅速激活,并在損傷區(qū)周圍增生。課題組目前的興趣主要是利用多種轉(zhuǎn)基因工具鼠,結(jié)合活體成像和細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)等手段探討腦中風(fēng)后小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞增生的功能及調(diào)控機(jī)制。
