王寧  助理教授
介紹:王寧,博士,,2005年獲得英國政府海外研究生獎學金(ORSAS),畢業(yè)于英國salford大學物理系,曾先后就職于南方科技大學電子與電氣工程系教學工程師,香港城市大學博士后研究員、香港科技大學助理研究員。研究方向包括薄膜技術及應用、第三代寬禁帶半導體器件設計與應用、全固態(tài)薄膜電池的表面與界面分析、納米結構與應用等。

Biography:
Ning Wang, PhD. is currently an assistant professor in the College of New Materials and New Energies at the Shenzhen Technology University. She received her Ph.D. from the College of Computing Science and Engineering, University of Salford, Great Manchester, United Kingdom in 2010, sponsored by the Oversea Research Students Award (ORSAS) from the British Government (2005). She was a post-doc at the Department of Physics and Materials for thin films and nano-micro device fabrication in City University of Hong Kong from 2010-2012, then worked at the Department of Physics in University of Science and Technology of Hong Kong as Research Associate.In May, 2016, she joined the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Southern University of Science and Technology as teaching engineer.She was awarded the Shenzhen Peacock Plan Talents in 2016. Her research interests focused onthin film technology and its application in various fields.

主要研究領域和興趣
研究方向和興趣以薄膜技術及應用為核心,涉及基于第三代寬禁帶半導體材料(GaN、SiC、AlN、Ga2O3等)的器件設計與應用,能源存儲材料的研究(全固態(tài)薄膜電池的設計和界面表征),二維光電材料的表征等。
 
Research interest
Her research interests are highly interdisciplinary, but unified by a central theme of thin film technology and its application. Her research are mainly related to device fabrication and application based on third generation wide band materials(GaN、SiC、AlN、Ga2O3 etc),energy storage and conversiondevices(the design and synthesis of all-solid-state thin film lithium batteries), advanced characterization of two-dimensional materials in Opto-Electro application.
