鄭秋生，1967年10月生，山東壽光人，北京大學(xué)博士后，教授。2006年入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才。現(xiàn)任濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院中西醫(yī)結(jié)合學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)，新疆特種植物藥資源教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任，蘭州大學(xué)兼職教授、中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)教兼職教授，石河子大學(xué)特聘教授。醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域國(guó)家科技重大專項(xiàng)“十二五”計(jì)劃技術(shù)管理專家，國(guó)家科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)評(píng)審專家，國(guó)家“863”計(jì)劃專家?guī)斐蓡T，國(guó)家學(xué)位和研究生教育專家組成員，西北天然藥物(中藏藥)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟專家技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員。山東省、河北省、重慶市以及上海市科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和科技計(jì)劃的評(píng)審專家。曾主持或參與國(guó)家“863”、“973”、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金等重大研究項(xiàng)目三十余項(xiàng)，先后參與十多個(gè)新藥開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的藥效學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)研究工作，其中已申報(bào)并批準(zhǔn)臨床新藥9項(xiàng)，待申報(bào)或批準(zhǔn)臨床達(dá)10多項(xiàng)，申請(qǐng)相關(guān)專利多項(xiàng)。在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文200余篇，其中SCI、EI收錄論文100余篇，出版專著5 部，獲得省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)，二等獎(jiǎng)5項(xiàng)?，F(xiàn)為多家國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊編委、約稿人或特邀審稿人。
