　　2000.6．于合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)獲學(xué)士學(xué)位；
　　2007.6．于合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位；
　　2011.6-2011.12 瑞典皇家工學(xué)院，訪問學(xué)者;
　　2007.6-至今, 于合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)任教。
　　
　　研究方向
　　主要研究方向為多核集成電路體系結(jié)構(gòu)、二維/三維片上網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成電路體系結(jié)構(gòu)。
　　主持的縱向課題有：
　　[1]國家自然科學(xué)基金課題，“面向成品率的三維片上網(wǎng)絡(luò)TSV容錯技術(shù)研究”（61106020），2012.1-2014.12；
　　[2]教育部博士點青年基金，“3D NoC熱優(yōu)化設(shè)計技術(shù)研究”（20100111120009），2011.1-2013.12；
　　[3]863科技計劃探索課題，“基于NoC的片上多處理器系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及實現(xiàn)方法研究”（2008AA01Z135），2008.6-2010.12，為本單位負(fù)責(zé)人。已結(jié)題；
　　[4]安徽省自然科學(xué)基金，“可重構(gòu)MPSoC體系結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”（090412029），2009.1-2010.12。已結(jié)題，評為A。

　　[1]合肥市科技進步二等獎：消費類電子產(chǎn)品專用芯片的功率驅(qū)動實現(xiàn)。
　　[2]2008年獲“斛兵杯”“優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師”稱號；
　　[3]2007全國高性能計算學(xué)術(shù)年會最佳論文提名獎。
